Company Profile

We are an independent company with years of experience overseeing aviation-related accidents and loss of life due to the negligence of airlines, aircraft manufacturers and the regulatory agencies charged with oversight.

Operations

Our commitment consist of four separate groups of experts designated as Regulatory, Operational, Structural and Investigative (ROSI) teams.  Immediately following an accident, AIU's experts begin the process of identifying a "probable cause" and assigning the appropriate team as lead.  Generally, within the first 48-72 hours of an accident a "probable cause" can be established and the appropriate filling's submitted.

During the course of the investigation, each team conducts a review into its field of expertise in co-ordination with the other teams.  Due to the nature of many of today's accidents it's not uncommon to have two lead teams due to regulatory and operational failures by both the Federal Aviation Administration and the airlines.

To insure the highest quality and integrity of work product, AIU utilizes military grade encryption/decryption for all points of contact and some of the worlds finest state-of-the-art information and security systems to ensure the results you expect in litigation support.
